Alright, second attempt at shadowing stuff. :< This took me FOREVER, because I'm THAT bad at this. Seriously I stared at this picture for so long, trying to figure out where to put the shadows correctly, that I'm already sick of it. :<
The worst part is that is still doesn't look good. T_T

Also, using the blur effect isn't that easy after all. It gets tricky near the edges of the strokes. You may notice I actually gave up using it for some part of the shadows.
Oh yeah and very cheap background I made from a scene in the season final. :<

While vectoring it, I thought of a little dialogue between the two that goes with the scene (may contain grammatical and/or syntactic errors, feel free to correct or suggest me better sentences in the comments

) :

*Yawn*

*Chuckle* "Well, it looks like someone needs some rest. Come on now Twilight, let's go to bed."

"Five more minutes, pleaaase? Until the sun is completely set?"

"Fine." she cooed

"Princess?"

"Yes, Twilight?"

"Why does the sun turns red when it rises or when it sets?"

"A very interesting question indeed, and the answer is even more so, but I'm afraid you're little too young to fully understand it."

"But I'm a smart filly, I'm sure I'll understand!"

Letting out a gentle laugh :"Yes you are my faithful student, but there are still many concepts you need to learn before I can explain this to you."

Seeing the disappointed look on her face, she continued :"There is, however, a little experiment I can show you, that will teach you the very basics of this phenomenon."

"Yes yes yes yes yes yes y-"

"But this will have to wait until tomorrow."

"-es..."

Smiling tenderly : "Come on Twilight, let's go to bed."

"Yes, princess."
